During these 90 min sessions, we are reducing the number of children and adjusting the Playroom surroundings to make you feel as comfortable as possible, with softer lighting and music. The children will also have the freedom to explore & try out some of our new sensory & stimulating toys 🌠
Tickets
Please purchase 1 ticket for each child attending & this includes 1 adult per paying child. Children under 6 months are free of charge to attend with a sibling & do not require a ticket.
Once you have registered & added your children as attendees, these will be saved to your account so you can add again in the future with ease.
Bookings cannot be amended - however please let us know if you're no longer able to attend your session at least 24 hours before & we will try to move it for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY - We must recieve confirmation of a cancellation request at least 24 hours before your booking. If before 24 hours, we will process a full refund, however if after this time we cannot offer to move it or refund the payment.
Parking
Please do not park outside the unit as other businesses around us need access to their units. You can use parking to the rear of our unit & access the unit via the alley way on foot - please see our Facebook or Instagram for a video / guidance on where this parking is.
About Emily's Playroom
We are a meet & play facility, offering fun, imaginative role play experience for children, as well as a coffee shop for the adults.
Emily's Playroom is the perfect space to allow your children to explore, learn & play - all within eye & ear shot of your seat as a parent. Enjoy a hot cuppa or treat, or even just a chat with a friend, with the assurance of knowing the kids are happy in their own wee world. Alternatively, grab a doctors coat or chefs hat & get involved with the role play & find out what whacky scenarios your kids can get you into!
...& there's nothing better than someone else's toys, right?
Suitable for all ages - from non walkers, right up to those you think would still love to get involved! Role play sections & toys will allow toddlers, pre-school & foundation level (P1 & P2) children to really use their imagination & create fun scenarios.
Each play session will last for 90minutes & is limited to 12 children in each meet & play session, with 1 responsible adult per child - this is to ensure that all the children have enough space to play & explore. You can add additional adults at the time of booking for an additional cost.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to remain on the premises at all times and supervise their child. Playroom rules are displayed throughout the playroom - main rules being:
Parental supervision is required at all times
Parent / carers supervising children within the playroom must be aged 16 years or older
Please beware of small items & toys which could be choking hazards to smaller children
Only food & drinks purchased from these premises to be consumed during your visit (with the exception of baby formula / snacks)
All personal items should be kept with parents / guardians - we do not accept any liability for theft on these premises
Shoes are not permitted (adults & children) in the play area & socks must be worn at all times
No food, drinks, sweets & chewing gum to be taken into the play area
Children who are unwell should not use the play equipment
No running or climbing is permitted in the play area
Objects should not be thrown
Badges, jewellery, pens, buckles, watches & any other sharp objects shouldn't be brought into the play area
Children should wash their hands after using the toilet, before re-entering the play area
Tea, coffee & traybakes will be available to purchase in our brand new coffee facility at an additional cost on your visit
